- 5 patches over 10 m. With Scirpus cyperinus, Spartina pectinata. Tall plants with proliferating spikelets, floral scales averaging 1.7 mm; keys well o S. atrocinctus, but perhaps a hybrid involving C. cyperinus or C. pedicellatus, both of which were observed near this occurrence,
